These general terms and conditions apply to all assignments performed by Danial’s, Organization number 7409209033, with its registered office in Malmö, Sweden. By entering into an assignment agreement with Danial’s, the customer accepts these terms.

Danial’s operates a website that mediates contact between you and external suppliers (drivers, restaurants). The service itself is performed by a third party.

Requirements for Use

You must be at least 18 years old, have a personal account, and provide accurate information. Your account may not be shared. ID verification is required for certain deliveries.

Ordering & Agreement

When you place an order and it is accepted, it becomes binding. A service fee will apply. Changes or cancellations may be limited and can sometimes incur a fee.

Payment

The website is free to use, but you pay for the services via card or other payment methods. Prices are shown in advance or calculated afterward, and extra fees may apply for changes, cancellations, incorrect bookings, etc.

Delivery & Execution

Delivery times are estimates (often approx. 30–60 minutes) and may vary. Danial’s is not responsible for the actual execution of the services booked through the website.

Responsibility & Complaints

You are responsible for your account and all associated costs. In the event of a problem (e.g., an error with your order), you must contact customer service via the website.

Limited Liability

The services are not guaranteed to be faultless, and the company’s liability is limited.

Termination & Governing Law

You can stop using the service at any time, but your account may be suspended for violating the rules. These terms are primarily governed by Swedish law.
